There are four dive shops in the Pensacola area and they all use independent
sub-contractors like Pensacola Dive Company  to charter dive trips.  This works
out best for you the diver because if your original booked boat is out of service,
the dive shop will look to find another boat for you so you don't lose your charter.

Capt Ron can  receive bookings from all the dive shops and most importantly,  
you can  book directly with Capt Ron so that there is no confusion or over
booking issues with your Oriskany charter.  

Booking directly with PDC also allows you to speak directly with your boat
captain/ DM to address any specific questions or concerns you might have
about your charter.

Because the Sea Sherpa is a 28' fast boat, Capt Ron can  trailer it right to his
local dive shop.  You can pull your vehicle right up to the boat and we'll  load up
all your tanks and gear right there outside the shop.  The Oriskany is a 69 mile
round trip, you want a fast boat!

If you need anything last minute, a friendly  full-service dive shop is only a few
steps away.  You only have to unload  your dive gear from your vehicle once,
and fresh water rinse tanks are right there waiting for  you when get back.  

Once the boat is loaded, Capt Ron will drive you in a passenger van a half-mile
down the road to the boat launch.  There's no marina to find, there's no long
walks from the parking lot with all your heavy dive gear, it's absolutely the most
convenient way to dive the Oriskany.

Capt Ron will meet you at 8am outside of MBT Divers, Pensacola's premier
full-service dive shop dedicated to serving rec & tech divers  located at:

If we meet at 7:30am, we're usually back at the shop by before 3pm.

Reserve your seats here with a credit card!
All charters must be paid in cash. Your credit card is only used to
reserve your seats. You have 72 hours prior to 7:30am of the
scheduled charter day to cancel your charter or change the number
of divers in your party.  If you do not give notification of any
changes in your party you will be charged $150.00 for every seat
that is not filled by your party.  When you are a "no-show", you're
not just hurting me,  you're hurting every other diver that wanted
your seat. How would you like your charter cancelled because you
showed up, but the other party didn't and now there's not enough
divers to go? So far, i have never had to charge anybody that was a
no-show.
